Monopoly Go is welcoming a new round of partner events, called Ice Cream Partners. It launched at 1:00 PM EST on September 9th and will last for five days. Let’s take a look at how to play and what rewards are available.
1. Preparation
Before starting Ice Cream Partners event, players need to prepare a few things. Players must reach board level 5 to participate. They also need to know the required items, such as a sufficient number of dice and the newly released limited-edition Ice Cream Partners tokens.
Here's a brief introduction to board levels. Monopoly Go has many boards, and your game level is determined by the number of completed boards. The number you see on the map represents your level.
Therefore, players need to participate in mini-events and games, such as ongoing tournaments, to increase their board levels and earn a certain number of dice and tokens to store, which will help them successfully complete Ice Cream Partners event. Since this is a team event, you will also need to invite four partners to form a team to complete Monopoly Go Ice Cream Partners Event Slots . The easiest way to invite friends is to select your partners on the player panel on the right, or to find like-minded friends on social platforms to form a team.
2. Operation
The main goal of this new event is to work together with your partners to build four different ice cream-themed builds and earn milestone rewards. Players must work together to complete the task. Each themed build requires 8,000 points, and completing all four requires 32,000 points. Points are earned by spinning the event wheel, with each spin costing 20 Ice Cream Partners tokens.
Note that you can also set the wheel’s multiplier. For example, if you set it to x2, each spin of the wheel will consume 40 tokens, and the points earned will be calculated accordingly.
However, the number of points earned each time is not fixed, so the number of points can vary. Multiplying by 2 when the number of points is low is not cost-effective. Therefore, setting this multiplier should be based on your experience and the situation.
Since enough points and tokens are required to complete the challenges of this event, the construction of the four ice cream themes requires the joint efforts of all players, and the efforts of one person alone are not enough.
Completing certain milestones will result in rewards to help players achieve their goals.
- 1. Reach 2,500 points and receive 200 Free Dice Rolls.
- 2. Reach 6,000 points and receive a Cash Reward.
- 3. Reach 13,000 points and receive 200-300 random Free Dice Rolls, a Cash Reward, and a Cash Boost.
- 4. Reach 26,500 Points to receive 300-500 random Free Dice Rolls, a 2-Star Sticker Pack, and a 20-minute Mega Heist event.
- 5. Reach 32,000 Points to receive 400-600 random Free Dice Rolls, a Cash Reward, a 30-minute Builders Bash, and a 4-Star Sticker Pack.
- 6. Complete the final mission to receive 5,000 Free Dice Rolls, a Wild Sticker or Swap Pack, and limited-edition Ice Cream Partners tokens.
