Baldur’s Gate 3 is a classic role-playing game released in 2023. There are three chapters in the game. In these three rich chapters, players encounter a lot of various NPCs.
Although many characters have attracted a large number of fans with their unique personal charm, some NPCs have left us with a very bad impression, and we don’t even want to meet them in the game. Next, I will show you which characters are so annoying.
Vlaakith
First of all, Vlaakith must be mentioned. She is the queen of Githyanki and has great power, so she is extremely arrogant. In the game, she meets her in Act One. She not only requires her people to be loyal to her, but also requires players to be absolutely loyal to her, otherwise they will be cursed and disappear.
Moreover, she captured one of the most outstanding members of Githyanki. She is very selfish and only cares about her own strength. She will even absorb the power of Gith people to enhance her own strength by any means. She ignored Ilithid’s invasion and let others destroy it.
Mar’hyah
Players familiar with the game must know a loyal and lovely dog, Scratch. During the journey of the game, we can summon him to accompany us on the adventure. And Scratch’s original owner was Mar’hyah. We helped the dog find a home but found that its owner was extremely cruel to it. Mar’hyah would hurt Scratch in front of us. Fortunately, we can correct her and let her leave, so that she can’t continue to hurt the dog.
Aradin
In Act One, we will meet another annoying character, he is Aradin. He was attacked when he returned to Druid Grove with his companions, so he asked the player for help. After the player rescued him, his attitude became very bad, and he was disdainful of those who helped him, and even had serious racial discrimination. And later, when he knew that the player had found Nightsong, he tried to come and steal it.
Kagha
Druid should be kind and enthusiastic, and full of awe for himself. But it’s hard to forgive Kagha for what she did. When she was Archdruid of Grove, she was very cruel to the refugees in the jungle. When the player first met Kagha, she was seen threatening a Tiefling child with an extremely ferocious snake. She was rude to Tieflings and even wanted to drive them out of the jungle, otherwise they would be punished by nature.
Balthazar
In Act Two, we will meet Balthazar. He and Necromancers are usually regarded as villains. Balthazar did a lot of abominable things. He imprisoned Nightsong and used it to make Ketheric immortal, and then tortured her constantly. What’s more terrifying is that he also locked his mother in a jar. Many players also speculated that he murdered his mother. It’s simply inhumane and very annoying.
Cazador
Coming to Act Three, we will meet Cazador. As a Vampire Lord with high power, he is also the creator of Astarion. He purposely did not turn Astarion into a real vampire, but instead kept him captive. He often tortured Astarion for fun, punishing him severely for even the smallest mistakes.
In cages under his estate, he collected countless vampire offspring. He planned to sacrifice them all so that he could walk in the sun without getting burned. He is definitely one of the worst vampires.
