For example, Controlled Access Zone in Dam Battlegrounds, near Generator Hall and Power Generation Complex. Unfortunately, this room cannot be entered using a regular keycard; instead, you need to solve a puzzle.

Location
Controlled Access Zone is located in the northeast of Dam Battlegrounds map, specifically between The Breach and Power Generation Complex. To enter, you can use the upper stairs or a lower entrance within the dam structure.
Once inside, you'll begin your puzzle-solving journey. The puzzles are typically located within a multi-story industrial facility, so you'll need to utilize sufficient movement speed to navigate between upper and lower levels.
The area's valuable ARC Raiders Items attract many players, so be wary of sudden attacks from other players while searching. If you can't avoid them, prepare powerful weapons and a very sturdy shield to fight them, provided you can ensure your safety and avoid death.
Step 1
After interacting with the puzzle, you'll be asked to find Power Cells or batteries within Zone and place them at a terminal to activate the facility. Try searching for these energy items on lower floors, in storage areas, and near industrial equipment, as they are more likely to spawn in these locations.
Pay attention to pipes, machinery, and chests, as they may contain batteries; corners and open platforms are also worth checking. Avoid encounters with Arc enemies during your search. Next, insert the batteries into the terminal's battery slot to activate the facility and solve the next puzzle.
Step 2
After activating the facility, to better solve the puzzles, you should first assemble your team to face the upcoming team challenge. At this moment, four distinct buttons hidden around the building await curious and courageous players to explore and open the first door. The button locations are randomized in each instance.
We can reveal the typical locations of the four buttons: near the main lock door, inside the room unlocked by the fuel cell, on the pipe near the support pillar, and on another pipe near the upper corridor.
Don't overlook the indicator lights above the lock doors; they correspond to these four buttons. To successfully solve the puzzles, you must be constantly wary of the Hostile robots and other raiders lurking near Dam Battlegrounds facility; you must fight for your life.
Step 3
Now comes the test of teamwork. To successfully unlock the first door, before officially pressing the buttons, team members need to coordinate their timing from different locations to ensure all buttons are pressed simultaneously. This is the key to victory in this stage.
To address this, you can first match team members with the buttons one by one, then synchronize everyone's countdown by starting voice chat to reduce time discrepancies. The indicator light above the door lights up successfully, meaning you've succeeded in this step. Proceed to the next door.
Step 4
Enter the next room. After searching, you'll find the control panel or circuit breaker that needs repair. Specific ARC Raiders materials are required to create random components, which may include Metal Parts, ARC Power Cells, Motors, Industrial Batteries, Leaper Pulse Units, and Basic scrap or mechanical components. If the system activates, it indicates that the correct materials have been placed, and the second door will open.
To improve puzzle-solving speed, maximize the amount of loot you can carry to reduce matching time in the second level. For example, spare mechanical parts or batteries, which are most frequently used; make more space in your backpack. Potential ambushes will make these resources useful.
Step 5
After opening the first two doors, you will arrive at Controlled Access Zone loot room. The abundant resources make this a renowned loot location in Dam Battlegrounds. You can obtain the following resources: Weapon cases, Backpacks, Grenade containers, Rare crafting components, and Mechanical parts and resources.
Note that the noise and time-consuming nature of this location will attract other players, so be prepared for battle at all times. Group actions often carry more risk, so it's best to plan your entry into the final room in advance. After successfully acquiring the desired resources, a safe retreat is crucial for successful completion.
